HR R&D Consultant (Scientist)

 

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Our new full-time HR R&D Consultant will be expected to strengthen our ability to perform scientific tasks with high reliability, and to actively contribute to the development of HR measurement and analytics tools and solutions. Providing consultancy in-house and to our renowned clients, writing short publications, taking business-aware responsibility for certain products, participating in the delivery of solutions, and acting independently as an expert while also closely interfacing with different parties throughout the entire company will be part of the position too.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven expertise in working with data, very solid statistical and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel or R and Python/SciPy, SPSS, SAS, Microsoft BI, Tableau, or QlikView skills.
• Master’s degree in Psychology, Statistics, or other relevant studies involving quantitative methods, and/or equivalent working experience with psychometry and data analytics.
• Strong interest and experience in data visualization and in the presentation of scientific findings to a non-scientific audience.
• Demonstrated ability to understand complex business, organizational, and people management problems and to develop solutions independently as well as in a team setting.
• Good communication skills (English and native language), positive mindset, pleasure to work with.
