Location: remote work with flexible working time focused on results, reporting way to Poland and ASI HQ

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables: 

  • Search, develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients on an international country group level (Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Romania, Austria, Central Asia and Caucasus, Adria Region)
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategically expand the company’s client base.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and the ASI International Key Account Management Team
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for sales growth.
  • Contribute to the preparation and negotiation of contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability. Collaborate and prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and achievements.
  • Monitor business trends, prices, products, promotional activities and competition in the market.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and/or key account management or related roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Strong negotiation skills and business acumen.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Flexible, self-driven and results-driven mindset with a focus on sales development.
