Employee Assistance


An EAP (Employee Assistance Program) is a voluntary, confidential program that helps employees overcome various life challenges that may adversely affect job performance, health, and personal well-being to optimize an organization’s success.

About one third of a human‘s life is spent at work, another third is free time and the final third is devoted to sleeping. Any problems in one of these areas affect the remaining two. These parts are inseparable. That is why any problems should be solved before they become too much for us.

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) can certainly help here. It offers help in various complicated life situations, such as work-related stress, relationship problems or problems with sleeping.

Our Employee Assistance service helps you decrease costs caused by employee turnover, sickness, stress, mistakes, late arrivals to work and other undesirable effects that personal problems may have on the working life of employees.

How does EAP work?

Employee Assistance offers consultancy services to employees provided by qualified professionals:

  1. psychologists, psychotherapists,
  2. lawyers and
  3. financial advisors

while confidentiality is guaranteed.

Employee Assistance services are available for all employees included in the programme as a benefit provided by their employers. An employee usually contacts his/her consultant by phone or email. Employee Assistance services are provided on the basis of a contract between the employer and Assessment Systems.

Segments of the Employee Assistance Program

Psychological advice

Psychological consultancy services are provided by experienced psychologists and psychotherapists. They help your people solve their problems in various areas of their personal lives. The most frequent areas are relationship and partnership problems; harmonization of family and working life; problems with parenthood and raising children; situations arising from taking care of ageing parents; stress, emotion control, conflicts; bullying, harassment, etc.

Legal advice

Legal counseling services help your people get through any legal issues such as divorce, taxes, real estate issues, consumer, or criminal law with the help of network attorneys.

Financial advice

Financial consultancy guides your people in matters of credit counseling, debt and budgeting assistance, tax planning, retirement and college planning questions. These services are provided by financial professionals.

Workshops

In addition to our EAP service, we offer the possibility of a four-hour workshop for the company. The workshop provides information about the service and also discusses areas that people are most interested in.
