What is the form of training?
In the listed dates, you will find personal and online training options. You can also choose between a two-day (always from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.) and a three-day form (always from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.). The content and scope of the training is always the same, the listed dates differ only in the time schedule – so that the participants can choose what suits them best in terms of work commitment, commuting, etc.
What do I have to do to get the certificate?
The condition for obtaining a certificate is:
- Completing Hogan tests and completing feedback with an Assessment Systems consultant
- 100% participation in certification training
- Successful completion of the final online test
- Successful completion of the final supervision – test interpretation exams
What about ordering Hogan tests if I am (not) certified?
The test ordering process itself is no different for certified and non-certified Hogan test users. The price of testing always depends on the type of final report that the client chooses. A certified user of Hogan’s methods can independently interpret even data messages without text.
