Assessment Systems was founded in the Czech Republic in 2001 to provide the Central Eastern European market with personal assessment systems, consulting tools, and materials.

Assessment Systems International has grown ever since, driven by the satisfaction of our clients. We have offices in Belgrade, Bratislava, Budapest, Moscow, Prague and Warsaw and our services are also available in Bulgaria, Romania and Ukraine through our representatives. 

Local offices are interconnected by our Research and Development Centre, which enables our qualified experts and workforce to deliver the same high standard tools and customized solutions in each country we are represented. We help our clients select, develop, retain and evaluate employees in all types of positions, from blue-collar workers to CEOs. We have successfully implemented specific international projects in other countries of Europe and Asia as well.
